இவை டிஜிட்டல் பொருட்கள் — வாங்கியதும் உடனே download ஆகிவிடுவதால் பொதுவாக refund இல்லை. ஆனால் கீழ்க்கண்ட சூழல்களில் உங்கள் பணத்தை முழுமையாகத் திருப்பித் தருவோம் அல்லது சரி செய்து தருவோம்:

பணம் கட்டியும் PDF link கிடைக்கவில்லை, 24 மணி நேரத்துக்குள் நாங்கள் சரி செய்ய முடியவில்லை
ஒரே order-க்கு இரண்டு முறை பணம் போனது
File திறக்கவில்லை / சேதமடைந்துள்ளது, நாங்கள் சரியான file தர முடியவில்லை

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the file has been delivered.

We will issue a full refund or a replacement if: (a) you were charged but did not receive the download link and we cannot resolve it within 24 hours; (b) you were charged twice for the same order; or (c) the file is corrupt or unreadable and we cannot provide a working copy.

How to request: email seenuselva6997@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 63825 99427 within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and payment screenshot.

Processing: approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation: orders cannot be cancelled after the download link is delivered.
